At Qlife Bike, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your bike or gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
